Used extensively by BIYC Manager, the best fit appears to be for routine indoor plumbing and especially for exterior, underground plumbing issues such finding leaks and repairing, clearing piping of tree roots and treating roots to retard recurrence, etc. Although the name indicates they also provide electrical services, there has been no mention of experience with them in this area.

Maria provides regular-schedule light housekeeping, as well as scheduling when needed. She spends 2.5 to 3 hours cleaning 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and kitchen, when she is cleaning solo. When she has additional cleaners, the time spent is shorter. Maria also provides light cleaning of the commons areas for our regime elevator lobbies and lakeside steps, the bathrooms in the Yacht Club and general cleaning at the Beach House on a seasonal basis. She is very dependable and honest. She has two small children and may arrive in a time range rather than specifically on-the-dot but is always there on the day and within the hour committed.
