Regime III

Regime III has seven buildings with marvelous views of Winyah Bay and Lake Johnstone. Buildings have a mix of two-story townhomes with two-bedrooms (8 units), three-bedrooms (15 units), and four-bedrooms (5 units), a total of twenty-eight units in the regime. Seven regime board members are elected for three-year terms, and two representatives are sent to the Board of Stewards.
